2024 Aspen Executive Seminar Fees, Transfer, and Cancellation Policy

About Us

The Aspen Institute’s Executive Leadership Seminars challenges participants to achieve meaningful leadership growth through a critical examination of their core values using a process of moderated text-based dialogue. The Institute’s seminar model has a 70- year track record of empowering participants to become more self-aware, authentic, and effective leaders. The Executive Leadership Seminars department provides an opportunity for organizations to invite multiple members to participate in the Institute’s executive leadership seminar offerings at a discounted price. 

Seminar Fees

  • 2-3 participants – $13,250 price (5% discount)
  • 4-6 participants – $12,850 (8% discount)
  • More than 6 participants- if your organization is interested in sending multiple participants to our seminar we can extend preferred pricing. Please contact us for more information

Fees, Transfer, and Cancellation Policy

The seminar fee includes administration, materials & seminar fee, accommodations, ground travel to and from the airport, and all receptions and meals. Participant airfare and any additional fees not included above shall remain the responsibility of the individual participant. When accepted, a nonrefundable $1,500 deposit is required within 7 days to hold your space in the seminar. Full payment is due 30 days after receipt of deposit. Full payment is required before the start of the seminar. 

Participants who need to transfer or cancel their participation should notify the Institute as soon as possible to allow for proper coordination and logistics for the participant and the institute. The Institute will provide a transfer/cancellation invoice, and the transfer or cancellation fees are due within 30 days of notification. A transfer is a move to a future seminar within the same calendar year, pending seminar space. Transfer and cancellation rates are based on resort fees and may increase each year.

Transfer and Cancellation Fees

121+ days before the first day of the seminar

  •         Transfer Policy: $500 fee in addition to paid participant fee
  •         Cancellation Policy: refund of paid participant fee less $6,975

120-46 days before the first day of the seminar:

  •         Transfer Policy: $6,975 transfer fee in addition to paid participant fee
  •         Cancellation Policy: No refund of paid participant fee

45 days or less before the seminar:

  •         Transfer Policy: $10,000 transfer fee in addition to paid participant fee
  •         Cancellation Policy: No refund of paid participant fee
